The Cellars-Hohenort — Cape Town, South Africa

Situated in the heart of the Constantia Valley in Cape Town, South Africa, The Cellars-Hohenort is a haven of peace and tranquility unifying two great traditions, the magnificent restoration of the 18th Century Klaasenbosch wine cellars and the splendid Manor House of the Hohenort, previously owned by the Spilhaus family.

With its understated elegance and charm, the hotel boasts 53 luxury rooms and suites, with breathtaking views across the 9 acres (3.5 hectares) of world renowned gardens and vineyard. There are 3 salt-chlorinated heated swimming pools (Cellars, Hohenort and Madiba), a tennis court and a Gary Player designed putting and chipping green. Cellars & Madiba have recently been changed to solar heated swimming pools. Apparently for these pools, the temperature should range from 18 to 22 degrees. The Paris Spa awaits those in need of complete relaxation. There is also a D&D Hair Salon.
